Over 3000 staff, 330,000 patients and the whole region as an audience.

Livewell SW is a private provider to the NHS and so it was vital that their brand engaged all stakeholders – staff, patients and the general public among others.

A period of consultancy allowed us to fully understand their operating ethos and to go on to build them a brand that communicated this highly professional outlook to those meeting their brand at its multiple touch points.

Brand guidelines

Following through from the logo design we produced a full set of guidelines and templates so that different members of the team could develop their own materials and benefit from the highly recognisable, versatile graphic design.

Supporting messages

A range of supporting graphic messages was created, covering key health topics and these were applied to the Healthcare vehicle fleet and to display materials for community-based events and health fairs that are held across the city throughout the year. We produced additional materials that included flyers, stop smoking advice cards and posters.

Website

Giving the public a website where more information and advice could be obtained was a priority, so we designed and built an extensive Livewell microsite within the Plymouth Community Healthcare website, complete with an events calendar. The microsite had its own set of templates to suit the types of information that Livewell offered and was built with an easy-to-use CMS.

Livery

While not an area we are required to work in very often, we were enjoyed the challenge of bringing their brand to life on the road with a professional livery design for their fleet of vehicles.

We continue to provide design and website support to Livewell and have been delighted to hear there has been positive professional response to the new identity and that it has encouraged thousands of advice interactions with the community since the launch.
