Brand design and marketing collateral for telephony solution provider

Syntec is a leading UK communications technology company specialising in telephony and software solutions for managing contact centres. Their products can cover the entire call, sale and analytical process and are used by some of Britain’s largest online e-commerce organisations.

Re-branding

After providing project design work to Syntec for a number of years we were commissioned to undertake a complete overhaul and update of all the company’s branding in time for a major Call Centre Expo 2014 at Olympia in London.

After developing two new product brand logos and ensuring the full product logo set was compatible, we then revised the corporate identity, with a strapline that emphasised the scale of Syntec’s offering to customers. A new graphic that indicated Syntec’s PCI DSS accreditation was also designed.

Graphics and Icons

A bright and fresh illustrative approach was created that helped to reference Syntec’s services and associated benefits, providing elements that could be applied as joined-up concepts or as stand-alone icons. These were employed across a new range of literature and then used on the exhibition stand.

Website and Social Media

Consolidating the new design style, we produced a new strategic, responsive website so that Syntec’s complex product and services range would be easy for visitors to navigate and find related information, case studies, white papers and support.

Result

Following on from the Call Centre exhibition and new branding launch, Syntec’s Managing Director Colin Westlake commented about the very successful Expo;
“This was our fourth time at this show and it definitely felt like the best yet. The new stand and branding looked great and improved our visibility and credibility too.”
